New Delhi, Sep 11 (UNI) National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday filed a charge sheet against seven accused in a case related to killing of Assam police SHO by the banned terror outfit United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) cadres.
The NIA officials said that the charge sheet has been filed under sections of 120(B), 121, 121A, 122, 307, 302 of IPC, Sections 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 38, 39 and 40 of UAP Act, Section 4 and 5 of Explosive Substance Act and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act against seven accused before the Special NIA Court at Guwahati.
Out of seven charge sheeted accused, Bijit Gogoi, Kanto Bora, Santosh Gogoi Sadiya, Jushinta Moran, have been absconding while rest three of them Bubul Moran, Dipankar Borah, Mamun Dihingia have been arrested.
