ITBP to begin advance Mandarin course for its troops to deal with Chinese army

New Delhi, Jul 18 (UNI) Keeping the ongoing face off between Indian security forces and People Liberation Army of China in Ladakh, the Himlayan Border guarding force ITBP has been preparing the advance Mandarin course for its troops deployed at Line of Actual Control (LoC).
The ITBP move come after the instruction of the Union Home Ministry and the Force has been carving out and advance course of this language which is widely spoken in China.
“At a time when the deployment of the Force’s troopers along the LAC has increased manifold in view of the ongoing border tension, we have been asked to improve our personnel’s communication skills to deal with them in a better manner”, an ITBP official said.
