Construction of Ram Temple will lead to unity, harmony in country: Birla

New Delhi, Aug 5 (UNI) Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Wednesday congratulated people on the historic occasion of Bhoomi Pujan of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In his message on Facebook, Mr Birla said, 'Prabhu Shri Ram is the eternal symbol of India's cultural consciousness and there is a deep faith and belief in Lord Shri Ram across the country.

'The amicable judgement of the Supreme Court on this contentious issue has paved the way for laying of foundation stone of the majestic Ram temple today in Ayodhya and it is indeed an incredible and historic moment,' he added.

The Lok Sabha Speaker said, 'The citizens of the country had been eagerly waiting for the auspicious day for a long time and the initiation of construction of the Ram temple is spreading a divine energy and aura across the nation'.
'It is a matter of great pleasure that the construction of the temple will be achieved with the support of people of all religions and classes,' he added.
The Lok Sabha Speaker hoped that the construction of Ram Temple will lead to unity and harmony in 'our country'.
