New Delhi, Sep 2 (UNI) The President has awarded three Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel with Jeevan Raksha Padak awards including late Constable Jagbir Singh of Northern Railway, who has been awarded posthumously.
The Sanvottam Jeevan Raksha Padak (posthumous) has gone to late Constable Jagbir Singh of Northern Railway for saving the lives of four children on railway premises near Adarshnagar-Azadpur railway section Delhi.
Going beyond the call of duty, he saved these children at the cost of his own life.
