New Delhi, May 27 (UNI) Congress president Rahul Gandhi, former President Pranab Mukherjee, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and other congress leaders on Sunday paid tributes to nation's first PM Jawaharlal Nehru on his death anniversary.
Rahul, along with Mr Mukherjee, Mr Singh and former vice president Hamid Ansari, paid floral tributes to Nehru at his memorial at Shantivan.
Also among those who paid tributes to Nehru were senior Congress leaders Ghulam Nabi Azad, Ashok Gehlot and Motilal Vora.
Born on November 14, 1889, Nehru breathed his last on May 27, 1964.
