New Delhi, Aug 6 (UNI) Congress leader and former party president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday exhorted party workers to go into the forthcoming Bihar elections with a positive agenda of providing good governance to the people who were suffering tremendously due to Coronavirus on one hand and devastating floods on the other.

In an interaction with leaders, party office-bearers and workers and volunteers from Bihar through video conference, Rahul said that misgovernance and disregard of people centric policies had forced people into extreme sufferings and they were looking forward to positive change, something that the Congress Party could provide.
