New Delhi, Aug 7 (UNI) BJP president Jagat Prakash Nadda on Friday said that even the Supreme Court is surprised at the MoU signed by the Congress party with the Chinese Government and maintained that party leaders Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi must give an explanation.
