Home Minister has promised NIA Permanent Station House in Bengaluru: Tejasvi Surya

New Delhi, Sep 27 (UNI) Union Home Minister Amit Shah will set up a Permanent Station House of the NIA in Bengaluru soon, following a request by Member of Parliament Tejasvi Surya.
Mr Surya, the newly-nominated National President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, told reporters here on Sunday that the prompt action by Mr Shah came in the wake of an increase in terror-related activities in Bengaluru and Karnataka in the last few years.
Mr Surya met the Home Minister at the latter’s residence two days ago and stressed on the need to establish a Branch office of the headquarters of the NIA in Bengaluru in the lines of those currently in Hyderabad and Kochi.

New Delhi, Nov 30 (UNI) Delhi government announced on Monday that it is reducing the charges for the RT-PCR COVID tests in Delhi taken by private labs and hospitals to Rs 800, and Rs 1200, respectively, in case the samples are collected via home visits.
