New Delhi, Oct 31 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday expressed deep grief over the loss of lives in a road accident in Uttarakhand’s Chakrata.
PM also announced an ex-gratia from Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF) for families of the deceased and those injured in the mishap.
"An ex-gratia of Rs two lakh each from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of those who have lost their lives due to the tragic accident. The injured would be given Rs 50,000 each," the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) said in a statement.
