New Delhi, Oct 14 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday assured Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy of all possible help from Centre in dealing with the situation arising out of heavy rains in the two states.

In a tweet, the PM said that he assured the two chief ministers all possible support and assistance from the Centre in rescue and relief work.

"Spoke to Telangana CM KCR Garu and AP CM YS Jagan Garu regarding the situation in Telangana and AP respectively due to heavy rainfall. Assured all possible support and assistance from the Centre in rescue and relief work. My thoughts are with those affected due to the heavy rains", the Prime Minister said,
