Anand Sharma appointed chairperson of Parl Committee on Home Affairs, Tharoor of  IT

New Delhi, Sep 29 (UNI) Parliamentary standing committees have been reconstituted just ahead of Monsoon session with Congress MPs Anand Sharma being appointed chairperson of the Committee on Home Affairs and Dr Shashi Tharoor of the Committee on Information Technology.
The 31-member of Committee on Commerce is chaired by V Vijayasai Reddy. Members include Sumalatha Ambareesh, Prasun Banerjee, Raju Bista, Rajkumar Chahar and Rameshbhai Lavjibhai Dhaduk from Lok Sabha and Priyanka Chaturvedi, Roopa Ganguly, Sushil Kumar Gupta and Mallikarjun Kharge from the Lok Sabha.
Congress MP Anand Sharma has been appointed chairperson of the Committee on Home Affairs. Members of the 31-member committee include include Kirron Kher, Dr Satya Pal Singh , Rakesh Sinha, Dinesh Trivedi and Bhupender Yadav, according to a notification issued on Tuesday.
