New Delhi, Sep 9 (UNI) Senior Congress leader and former union minister P Chidambaram, who is in Tihar Jail in connection with the INX Media case, on Monday said he had no answer as to why none of the officers who had recommended granting Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) clearance to the INX Media group for receiving overseas funds of Rs 305 crore in 2007 were arrested and that why he was the only one to be arrested.
