New Delhi, Feb 22 (UNI) Declining to make any comment on the statement by Army Chief Bipin Rawat , in which he termed encouragement from India’s Western neighbour , as responsible for fuelling illegal influx of settlers from Bangladesh, the Congress, however, apprehended that in the coming days, the BJP will attempt to divert attention from the Rs 11,400 crore PNB bank scam by raking up other issues .
