New Delhi, Jan 4 (UNI) The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to consider a letter petition sent to Chief Justice SA Bobde by a group of Panjab University students on the human rights violation against farmers that took place on November 26 and 27 during a protest at Haryana-Delhi border.
Apex Court bench headed by Chief Justice S A Bobde and also comprising Justices A S Bopanna and V Ramasubramanian asserted that the top court will not interfere with the agitation in question and added that the right to protest is part of a fundamental right.
