New Delhi, Sep 22 (UNI) The Supreme Court on Tuesday suggested that the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) should declare the results of the compartment examination expeditiously and asked the UGC (University Grants Commission) to ensure that students, who passed the examination, get admitted in colleges saying “these are exceptional times”.
A two-judge bench of the Apex Court, headed by Justice A M Khanwilkar and also comprising Justice Sanjiv Khanna asked the CBSE to declare the results of the compartment examination expeditiously.
"We direct that the CBSE should declare the results of the compartment examination expeditiously," the bench of the Top Court led by Justice Khanwilkar passed the order today.
