New Delhi, Jul 23 (UNI) The Supreme Court on Thursday adjourned a petition seeking for stay against the Central Vista Project which envisages a new Parliament and other Central Government offices in Lutyens Delhi.
The bench of Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justice Dinesh Maheshwari and Justice Sanjeev Khanna adjourned the plea for July 29 due to non-availability of Solicitor General Tushar Mehta.
Petitioners Rajiv Suri among others have challenged the March 20 order of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development for the proposed changes in the land use of the ambitious project.
