Mehul Choksi approaches Delhi HC against 'Bad Boy Billionaires'

New Delhi, Aug 26 (UNI) Fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi on Wednesday moved the Delhi High Court against Netflix's 'Bad Boy Billionaires,' a docu-series that delves into the transgressions of some of the country's biggest defaulters, including Choksi's nephew Nirav Modi.
Approaching through Advocate Vijay Aggarwal, the maternal uncle of fugitive Indian businessman Nirav Modi, urged the High Court to direct the over-the-top (OTT) platform Netflix to show him the preview of the documentary, before it's release on September 2.
However, Choksi clarified that he does not want a stay on the web series.
