New Delhi, Nov 5 (UNI) Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff, on Tuesday held discussion with heads of navies, maritime agencies and senior leadership from the Indian Ocean Region on maritime security challenges and ways of dealing with them.
The third edition of the high-level interaction 'Mahasagar' was conducted by the Indian Navy here virtually on Tuesday, an official statement said.
Admiral Tripathi, interacted with senior officials from Indian Ocean Region littorals -- Bangladesh, Comoros, Kenya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius, Mozambique, Seychelles, Sri Lanka and Tanzania.
