New Delhi, Apr 26 (UNI) The country’s two major transport carriers - Air India and Indian Railways have been making all out efforts to ensure all kinds of medical equipment and oxygen reach to different parts of the country to meet the continuous demand amid alarming spell of COVID-19 infections.
Informing about the efforts made by the national air carrier, Minister for Civil Aviation Hardeep Singh Puri said, “Air India has brought 328 oxygen concentrators to India on its New York-Delhi flight on Monday.”
Various hospitals across the country continue to grapple with a severe shortage of medical oxygen on Monday even after receiving emergency supplies which has not able to fulfill the required demand as of now.
