Delhi records 1693 fresh Corona cases, recovery rate falls below 90 pc

New Delhi, Aug 26 (UNI) With the national capital recoding more fresh infections compared to the recoveries, the recovery rate in the capital has witnessed a decline and went down under 90 per cent on Wednesday.
According to the state health bulletin released here, 1693 fresh infections were registered in the past 24 hours, while there were 1154 people cured and discharged in the same duration.
The overall contagion tally in the city has now reached 165764 , while the active case load on the city is of 12520 on the city at present.
