Delhi's air quality worsens, AQI spikes to 500 in some areas

New Delhi, Nov 10 (UNI) National Capital's air quality deteriorated further on Tuesday morning with the average Air Quality Index climbing to 487 and falling under the 'Severe' category, the Central Pollution Control Board said here.
Several places in Delhi measured AQI above 490 , and even 500 at places like Mandir Marg, Mundka, Dwarka Sector 8 and others.
At Anand Vihar the AQI was measured at 486, Alipur 484, Dwarka 500, Lodhi Road 494, Siri Fort 499, ITO 469.
