Rahul urges people to vote in third and final phase of Bihar Assembly polls

New Delhi, Nov 7 (UNI) Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday urged every individual to exercise his franchise in the third and final phase of Bihar Assembly polls that got underway this morning.
Taking to Twitter, Mr Gandhi said, 'Today is the voting for the last phase of polls in Bihar. Appeal to every voter to take part and through their vote make the democracy stronger.'
Counting will take place on November 10.
