New Delhi, Mar 27 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday said that the amount of work that was not done in the national capital in 65 years was doubled by his government in 8 years.
During the discussion on the budget at the House in the Delhi Assembly, Kejriwal highlighted Delhi’s "zero-corruption" model. He said that he has made the city's transport network similar to the best cities in the world. “There are very few cities in the world where public transport is free for women, Delhi is one of them. Women have traveled 100 crore times in free buses in 3 years,” he added.
In Delhi, quality education is free of cost, so are health care facilities along with electricity and water, he said. He said that in Delhi a model exists to get rid of inflation. This model has given hope to the country and made Delhi livable, said Kejriwal.
