5 dead in wall collapse in Delhi

New Delhi, July 15 (UNI) At least five people were killed and several others injured after the wall of an under construction warehouse collapsed in Delhi's Alipur area on Friday.
The disaster took place in Bakoli, burying around 20 labourers who were digging a foundation nearby.
Ambulances and fire tenders which rushed to the scene rescued 13 of them and shifted them to the Satyawati Raja Harish Chandra Hospital at Narela. Five of them were declared dead by doctors.
Police said legal action was beig initiated against the owner of the land and the contractor.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief over the incident and prayed that those injured will recover soon.
