New Delhi, Sep 21 (UNI) Vice Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal VR Chaudhari will be the next chief of the Indian Air Force, Defence Ministry said on Tuesday.
A statement from the Defence Ministry announced his appointment.
Present IAF Chief, Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria retires from the Service on September 30.
Air Marshal Chaudhari was commissioned into the Fighter stream of Indian Air Force in December 1982 and has held various Command, Staff and Instructional Appointments at various levels including the present one as Vice Chief of Air Staff, the Defence Ministry said.
