One held for duping 500 people making false promise to allot plots in Faridabad

New Delhi, Dec 27 (UNI) A man, who had allegedly duped around 500 gullible people making false promises of allotting plots in Faridabad, was arrested by the Delhi Police Economic Offences Wing on Monday.
The police said the accused, Sudhir Bidhuri, was allegedly involved in nine cases of cheating with around 500 people.
A case was filed against him on February 14, this year, and earlier on March 8, 2019, one case under sections 406/409/420/468/471/120B was registered in EOW police station. The cases were registered on the complaint of a total of 32 complainants. The police claimed that the alleged company GRPL Globe Realty Pvt Ltd had collected money from customers on the pretext of allotting residential plots in Tilori, Faridabad and Haryana.
