'Dog in my dream told me to attack CM,' claims accused; sought God's 'Yes' via parchi in bizarre chargesheet confession

New Delhi, Nov 2 (UNI) Sakariya Rajeshbhai Khimji (41), who allegedly attacked Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, has confessed that a dog in his dream instructed him to act, after which he sought, and claimed to have received a 'Yes' from God through a parchi (slip) at Mahakal temple.
All this has been mentioned in the chargesheet accessed by the UNI.
Khimji has provided a detailed confession to investigators, outlining a path that began with a dream and ended in violence at the CM's residence.
