CBI wars: Apex court reserves orders

New Delhi, Dec 6 (UNI) The Supreme Court on Thursday reserved its verdict on a petition filed by Central Bureau of Investigation Director Alok Verma challenging the Centre’s decision to send him on leave.

Headed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi and also comprising Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and K M Joseph, the bench heard in great detail arguments and submissions from the Union of India, Central Vigilance Commission, Department of Personnel and Training and Alok Verma.
