Indiabulls Housing Finance Q2 profit down to Rs 323 cr

New Delhi, Oct 29 (UNI) Indiabulls Housing Finance posted net profit of Rs 323.20 crore in Q2 FY22, which is 54.44 per cent drop from net profit of Rs 709.52 crore achieved in the same period a year ago.
The financial results for the July-September quarter of FY22 approved by the Board of Directors show resilience in asset quality, despite a period of acute macro-economic stress brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic and resultant lockdowns.
Gross NPAs stand reduced to 2.69 per cent from 2.86 per cent in the previous quarter and net NPAs are down to Rs 1,179 crore from Rs 1,487 crore in Q2FY21.
