BJP blames Kejriwal for 'Constitutional crisis' in Delhi

BJP blames Kejriwal for 'Constitutional crisis' in Delhi

New Delhi, Feb 23 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party alleged on Friday that in the wake of Delhi Chief secretary Anshu Prakash row, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was putting Delhi in a constitutional crisis.

BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra told reporters here that the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) accuse that they were not allowed to work, then why are the advertisements being put up of the work done by the Delhi government.
He said Mr Kejriwal was leading the most dreaded ‘goonda party’ in Indian political history.

Dismissing the allegations of leaders, he said that attack on Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash is like 'Dadagiri'(bullying behaviour). Expressing anguish over Mr Kejriwal's comments on BJP president Amit Shah, Dr Patra and said the language that has been used against him was saddening.
Dr Patra said that Mr Shah is the elected leader of the world's largest party 'while you are a 'Private Limited Party'.'

Earlier, after police reached Chief Minister's residence to collect evidence of alleged assault of Delhi's Chief Secretary, Mr Kejriwal had questioned why the investigating agency was not investigating the BJP president in the judge B H Loya's case.

Mr Kejriwal tweeted that the Chief Minister's residence can be investigated for the allegations of two slaps so why cannot an inquiry be conducted in the judge's death case. In addition, Mr Kejriwal alleged in a rally that the central government was not allowing his government to work.
