New Delhi, Oct 16 (UNI) A team of the Indian Army won a gold medal at the Cambrian Patrol Exercise in the UK, which is also called the 'Olympics of Military Patrolling'.
A team from 4/5 Gorkha Rifles (Frontier Force) represented the Indian Army at the prestigious exercise at Brecon, Wales in UK, and was awarded a Gold medal, the Indian Army said.
A statement said at the exercise Cambrian Patrol, organised by the UK Army from 13th to 15th October 2021, is considered the ultimate test of human endurance, team spirit and is sometimes referred to as the "Olympics of Military Patrolling among militaries in the world".
