New Delhi, Apr 4 (UNI) Delhi Police on Saturday said it challaned at least 12,000 people in the last two weeks for not following Covid-19 guidelines amid rising pandemic cases in the National Capital.
The police also said that more than 1,000 people have been fined in the city in the last three days for not wearing masks.
According to the official data shared by the police, a total of 5,78,324 challans have been issued from June 15 till Friday, including 5,36,256 for not wearing face masks and 38,631 for not maintaining social distancing.
