New Delhi, Oct 21 (UNI) With an aim to bring funds in his party coffer, to fight the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal has again appealed to people donate for his party by saying as his party runs from it.
In a fourteen seconds video posted on micro-blogging site Twitter on Sunday by AAP, Mr Kejriwal stated that his Government is working with honesty in Delhi, and appealed people to donate the party.
"Delhi Government is working with honesty. AAP is run by your donation and we need money to fight the election. Whatever possible, you donate so that we can work with honesty," Mr Kejriwal stated in his video.
In the post, the party also shared a number 9871010101 where one can give missed call to donate or visit myaap.in.
In view of the upcoming elections, the party appealed to the people to donate any amount which they like ranging from Rs 100, Rs 1,000 or Rs 10000 every month.
Mr Kejriwal on Sunday will launch the party's door-to-door campaign for 2019 Lok Sabha polls from his New Delhi constituency.
Along with Mr Kejriwal, all AAP ministers, MPs, MLAs, councillors and party office bearers will also launch the campaign in different parts of Delhi.
