Local meteorology department predicts another low pressure area on October 19 next

Bhubaneswar, Oct 15 (UNI) A fresh Low Pressure area is likely to be formed over Central Bay of Bengal around October 19 next, the local meteorology department predicted today that under its impact the state is likely to receive heavy rainfall.
The Weather office predicted heavy rain fall at one or two places over the districts of Koraput, Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam, Puri and Khordha on October 20 and heavy rainfall over the districts of Koraput, Nawarangpur, Rayagada, Gajapati, Kalahandi and Kandhamal in next 24 hours.
During the period, thunderstorm with lightning is likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Nawarangpur, Koraput, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Boudh, Bolangir, Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Jagatsinghpur, and Kendrapara.
