42 ODRAF teams, 24 NDRF teams and 102 Fire Service teams to be deployed in seven districts

Bhubaneswar, Sep 25 (UNI) Odisha Special Relief Commissioner P K Jena said 42 ODRAF teams, 24 NDRF teams and 102 Fire Service teams will be deployed in seven districts likely to be most affected by the cyclonic storm, predicted to make a landfall at Kalingapatnam in Andhra Pradesh tomorrow evening.
Mr Jena said as per the forecast made by the IMD , the districts of
Kandhamal, Ganjam, Rayagada, Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur and Gajapati districts in South Odisha will be most affected.

RT-PCR reports mandatory for people coming to Meghalaya

Shillong, Dec 2 (UNI) With concern over the new COVlD "Variant of Concern - Omicron" that has been detected in some parts of the world, the Meghalaya government has made RT-PCR negative reports mandatory for people coming to the State, as "there is every likelihood for the threat of surge in new infections, through imported cases, even in Meghalaya".
