Jharkhand Govt approach SC against HC's verdict on high school teachers

Ranchi, Sep 23 (UNI) Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Wednesday said that the state government would approach the Supreme Court against the High Court's verdict on High School teachers recruitment policy in scheduled districts.
On the issue of the SPOs, he said that necessary instructions have been given to the officials concerned to extend their service tenure.
He said in the meeting with the Chairman of the Bokaro Steel Plant the government shared its side of transactions with the PSU.

All 15 candidates for two LS seats clear scrutiny

Itanagar, Mar 28 (UNI) Altogether, 168 nominations filed for the upcoming Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections were found to be valid after scrutiny of papers on Thursday, while the process of scrutinising nominations against Itanagar and Daporijo constituencies has been adjourned till Friday, the results of which would be out by 11 a.m., an election official said.
