After UP, Bihar got maximum central fund in Samagra Shiksha: Sushil Modi

Patna, Sep 11 (UNI) Reacting sharply to the allegations made by Bihar Education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary upon the Centre for adopting discriminatory attitude with the states, former Bihar deputy chief minister and BJP Rajya Sabha member Sushil Kumar Modi said that after Uttar Pradesh Bihar got maximum fund from the Centre in Samagra Shiksha programme.
Sushil Modi said here on Sunday that Bihar however failed to fulfill the mandatory conditions for release of the fund from centre. Ridiculing the statement of Chaudhary he said that when NDA was in power in the state till last month, did the centre discriminated with its own government at that time too?
The BJP MP said that Bihar has failed in fulfilling the mandatory conditions under the new public finance management system ( PFMS) following which the funds were delayed in the state .
