Kolkata, Apr 18 (UNI) Thousands of poll personnel on Thursday began to move carrying all necessary gadgets, including the EVMs, to their respective polling stations as West Bengal geared up to have its first of the seven-phase voting in three contiguous districts of Cooch Behar, Alipurduar and Jalpaiguri in the northern part of the state, official sources said.
