RJD regime only exploited weaker section and poor : RCP

Pàtna, Jul 28 (UNI) JD(U) today alleged that poor, weaker section and oppressed were only exploited for political gains during the 15 years long regime of RJD from 1990 to 2005.
Senior JD(U) leader and leader of the party in Rajya Sabha RCP Singh while addressing workers of his party in Digha, Phulwari, Masaurhi, Paliganj, Tekari and other Assembly segments, said that poor, weaker and oppressed section of the society were not given their due rights and only exploited for political gains during RJD regime for 15 years in Bihar. On the other hand, Nitish Kumar government had empowered them both politically and socially, he added.
Mr Singh said, Nitish Kumar government had succeeded in accelerating the pace of development in the state. In the year 2005, no roads and bridges were available even in rural areas of Patna district. Now, world standard Bihar Museum and Convention Centre had been constructed in Pàtna, he added.
