RJDs' seat sharing proposal contrary to people's sentiment: Dipankar

Patna, Sep 18 (UNI) Amid tussle among the constituent units of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) led Grand Alliance the Communist Party of India Marxist leninist (CPI ML) National General Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya today said that the RJDs' attitude and proposal for seat sharing was contrary to the sentiment and requirements of the people.
Mr Bhattacharya said here today that oppositions' unity cannot be successful without giving due representation to the CPI ( ML) and other left parties. However, the attitude of Rashtriya Janata Dal was against the sentiment and requirement of the people.
Mr Bhattacharya said that BJP JDU was adamant to hold elections despite death of several political leaders and offices due to covid-19 and added that 26 MPs were found to be positive for coronavirus infection on the first day of parliament session.
