Suvendu Adhikari slams Mamata Banerjee ministry on appointment of Amit Mitra as adviser to CM

Kolkata, Nov 10 (UNI) BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari has slammed the Mamata Banerjee government for appointing her former finance minister Amit Mitra as the adviser to CM, saying " WB emulates Pakistan by appointing Amit Mitra as an adviser to Chief Minister days after Shaukat Tarin, formerly Finance Minister of Pak was appointed as adviser to the Pak PM."
Leader of the Opposition in the West Bengal Legislative Assembly Suvendu Adhikari asked if it was an " Eerie coincidence or seeking inspiration?".
The Mamata Banerjee government on Tuesday appointed her former finance minister 73-year-old Amit Mitra as the principal chief adviser to the chief minister as well as the finance department, in the rank of a cabinet minister.
