Opposition slams Mamata over Hindu priest allowance

Kolkata, Sep 15 (UNI) The West Bengal Opposition have come down heavily on Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for announcing Hindu priest allowance, describing it as "vote bank politics".
CPU(M) leader and party Central Committee member Sujan Chakraborty, MLA, has slammed Ms Banerjee and alleged that she
has announced the priest's allowance to cover up the failure of the state government and her own frustration.
