CM says Nov 15 is historic day, Bhagwan Birsa Munda garden & freedom fighter museum will serve as centre for inspiration

Ranchi, Nov 15 (UNI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has described November 15 as a historic day as while on one hand the people are celebrating the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda and on the other hand a garden cum freedom fighter museum has been also inaugurated in Ranchi.
Speaking at a function organised at the old jail premises he said that the place has got a new shape due to efforts of the central and the state government. He said that the state government has converted this place into a historic spot where statues of many freedom fighters have been put as part of the museum through which the future generations will be informed regarding the history.
The Chief Minister said that there are many states in the country among which Jharkhand is a small state but despite that it has its own history. He said that before the freedom struggle people of the area fought for their Jal Jungle and Zameen. He said that the brave sons of the state never shied away for the battle of their state and country and always kept their struggle on.
