Patna, July 22 (UNI) The opening day of the brief monsoon session of Bihar Assembly and Council was adjourned for the day on Monday after taking up the listed business and paying obituary references to sitting and former members, passed away during the intervening period.
The names of presiding officers were announced in both Upper and Lower houses.
The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) was constituted in the lower house for the monsoon session.
