Relief extended  to Rahul Gandhi by HC, next hearing on Dec 7

Ranchi, Oct 20 (UNI) The Jharkhand High Court has extended the order of stay on coercive action against Rahul Gandhi till the next hearing due to which the relief given to him remains intact.
The matter was heard in the court of Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi who later fixed December 7 as the next date of hearing in the case.
Advocates Piyush Chitresh and Dipankar Roy appeared on behalf of Rahul Gandhi before the court.
