Jharkhand HC orders CID probe into murder of woman and three minor children

Ranchi, Oct 13 (UNI) The Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday ordered a CID probe into the murder of a woman and three minor children which had taken place under Dhanwar Police Station area of Giridih district.
The father of the woman Chandrika Yadav had filed a petition in the High Court accusing the investigating officer of deliberately not arresting the accused and all the culprits were openly roaming and had urged the court to direct for a impartial probe.
The bench of justice Anand Sen sought answers from Giridih SP over video conferencing as to why the named accused have not been arrested. Justice Anand Sen pointed that the culprits were roaming free and threatening the witnesses over which police was sitting idol.
