ED achieves restitution of Rs 12 Cr to defrauded investors from Rose Valley Group

Kolkata, Aug 7 (UNI) The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has successfully achieved the restitution of Rs 12 crore to the defrauded investors of the Rose Valley Group, according to the central agency.
"This landmark decision by a Special Court (PMLA), Kolkata, highlights the ED's relentless efforts in ensuring justice and protecting the interests of innocent investors," an ED
statement said Wednesday.
