Chatra, Mar 8 (UNI) In a major setback to Tritiya Sammelan Prastuti Committee (TSPC), a zonal commander of the outfit who was carrying a reward of Rs 10 lakh on his head and a sub zonal commander who had Rs 1 lakh bounty on his head surrendered before the Chatra police on Monday.

The zonal commander Raghuvans Ganjhu alias Chiretan and sub zonal commander Laxman Ganjhu surrendered at the office of Chatra SP located at collectorate here during which SP Rishabh Jha, DC Divyanshu Jha and commandent of 190th battalion of CRPF Pawan Kumar Basan were present.
