Bhubaneswar, Jan 09 (UNI) Covid positive cases in Odisha surged to 4714 in the past 24 hours taking the cumulative tally in the state to 10,70,869.
Out of the total 4714 cases, while 416 positive cases were reported from in the age group of 0-18 years, 2755 were reported from quarantine centres and 1959 cases were local contact cases.
This is for the first time this year that the single-day count breached 4,500 mark in the State.
