COVID-19 positivity rate in Meghalaya’s East Khasi Hills declines

Shillong, Sep 11 (UNI) The COVID-19 positivity rate in the East Khasi Hills, which includes Meghalaya capital Shillong, has declined to 6.7 per cent for the last one week and the number of positive cases at present is 898 and 934 fatalities prompting the district administration to announced further relaxation of restrictions from Sunday.

As per an order issued by the District Magistrate, Isawanda Laloo on Saturday , night curfew relaxation hours will be extended by an hour to be promulgated from 9 pm to am daily.
